DERMA: available now also for “elite” capsules

DERMA, the unique material in the world able to reduce the environmental impact compared to the traditional polylaminate, is available now also for elite, spun down capsules by Enoplastic typically used for still wines and spirits.
Excellent performances already confirmed during the years by using the same material for sparkling wines hoods and steadiness of the production chain, are two benefits added to the reduction of Carbon Foot Print.
Considering all these advantages and the positive tests carried out during the last 24 months, starting from January 2019, all “elite” capsules will be produced using DERMA, leaving the traditional polylaminate typically coupled with solvent-based glues.
Enoplastic is proud to highline that DERMA is based on a clean and controlled production process that offers a savings of 9.76% of the total CO2 with enhanced benefits for the customer’s purchase chain.

DERMA for the elite will be available in two thicknesses: DERMA 200 and DERMA 250.
Both versions are perfect for elegant and sophisticated wines and spirits. DERMA 250, having a major thickness, it’s a valid alternative to the expensive tin for exclusive and valuable products.

Finally, Enoplastic remind that as far as enoal is concerned, the hoods for sparkling wines, three versions are available:
DERMA 65 – for Hi-Tech products,
DERMA 75 – for a traditional look,
DERMA 100 – the premium material for valuable bottles.
