To reinforce our IT Team in the Headquarter, we are looking for an IT Business Analyst who will conduct internal and external benchmarking connected with Market and Industry trends, providing scenario’s analysis in order to identify and solve problems and translate business needs into IT solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Investigate, learn and master new technologies, following the IT trends and filter relevant information for the Company to share with the rest of the organization
- Analyze business processes and provide guidance relative to emerging IT trends and strategy
- Identify new alternatives approaches to performing IT activities
- Being able to explain benefits of IT projects on business, in terms of cost and business effectiveness
- Provide deep analysis, identify issues root causes and propose solutions
- Lead, manage and execute multiple projects, determining daily priorities
- Constant collaboration with colleagues located in different countries
- Interact with IT Application Development Group and users
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Business Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, etc.
- 5+ years minimum experience in an IT Department in complex environments
- Ability in solving problems with complex variables
- Ability in building and deploying strategy
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and ability to work accurately on multiple projects
- Strong analytical skills and action oriented
- Fluency in Italian and English. French will be considered a plus
